Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take 24 – 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently only ship within Australia. Estimated delivery time: 6 – 10 business days. Actual delivery times depend on the courier and the specific delivery location.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. A valid physical address is required.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email us and we will sort it out quickly.
