A mobility scooter, wheelchair or lift chair has to fit the person using it. Seat width, transfer height, how the controls feel under your hand — none of that comes across in photos. You are welcome to come and try before you commit.

We stock several hundred products across four Australian warehouses, and not everything is set up on the floor at Silverwater at any given time. Tell us which models you want to see when you book and we will have them ready and charged.

If you are coming to try a mobility scooter, allow around 30 minutes so you can sit in it, adjust the seat and tiller, and drive it.

What to bring

• The person who will use it. Fit is the whole point of the visit.
• Doorway and hallway measurements if the item has to live indoors — width, and the tightest turn it needs to make.
• Your OT's requirements, if an occupational therapist is involved in the decision. We can email them a specification sheet afterwards.
• If you have an NDIS plan, bring your plan manager's details — see NDIS Support.

Collecting an order

Order pickup is available from the same Silverwater address, also by appointment. Please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm the item is at the Sydney warehouse rather than one of our other locations. Large items are heavy — bring help and a suitable vehicle, or ask us about delivery instead. See Delivery & Assembly.

Not in Sydney?

Call us anyway. We can talk you through fit and sizing over the phone, send you dimension diagrams, and we deliver Australia-wide. For anything where fit is critical, we would rather spend fifteen minutes on the phone with you first than have the wrong item arrive.
