FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is this wheelchair suitable for self-propelling?
A: Yes, absolutely. The ErgoMotion is specifically designed for self-propelling
use. The large 24-inch rear wheels allow the user to propel themselves
independently and efficiently, making it an excellent choice for active
individuals who want to maintain their mobility and independence.

Q: How heavy is this wheelchair and is it easy to transport?
A: The wheelchair weighs just 13kg, making it one of the lighter options
available in its class. It also folds down to a compact 700 x 350 x 800mm,
so it fits comfortably into most car boots and is easy to lift and carry
when needed.

Q: What is the maximum weight this wheelchair can support?
A: This wheelchair has a safe working load (SWL) of 115kg, making it
suitable for a wide range of users.

Q: Can the footrests and armrests be adjusted or removed?
A: Yes. The armrests flip up to allow for easy side transfers, and the
footrests are both swing-away and fully removable — giving you maximum
flexibility during transfers and when manoeuvring in tight spaces.

Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The frame is covered by a 2-year warranty, while the fabric and
components are covered for 1 year. This reflects the high build quality
and our confidence in the durability of this product.

Q: How quickly will my order arrive?
A: Orders are shipped the next business day, so you won't be waiting long.
Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location.

Q: Is the seat comfortable for extended use?
A: Yes. The seat and backrest use breathable Oxford and layered mesh
materials that promote airflow, reducing heat and moisture build-up.
Combined with the included calf strap and safety belt, the wheelchair
provides a secure and comfortable seating experience even during longer
periods of use.

Q: What is the seat size?
A: The seat measures 470mm wide and 420mm deep, with a seat height of
480mm from the floor. This provides a comfortable fit for most adult users.

Q: Does it come assembled?
A: The wheelchair arrives largely pre-assembled and ready to use with
minimal setup required. The swing-away footrests and flip-up armrests
are easy to adjust straight out of the box.
