Warranty

LiberNovo stands behind the Omni chair with a comprehensive limited warranty.

• Chair frame (excluding electronics): 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Electronic components (battery, actuator & related wiring): 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, shown on your proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or order number).

What's covered

• Free repair or replacement of defective parts where a quality issue arises from non-human factors (e.g. manufacturing defects) under normal use.
• Modular parts (base, seat base with armrests, backrest support bar, backrest, gas lift, neckrest): free replacement parts shipped to you, plus instructional videos for easy replacement.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. fabric fading, minor scratches).
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or not following assembly/use instructions.
• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Damage from extreme conditions (prolonged sunlight, high humidity, corrosive environments) or natural disasters.
• Products bought from unauthorised resellers, or issues arising after the warranty period (paid repairs may be available).

How to claim

• Submit: Email sales@livara.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the defect.
• Evaluation: We assess whether the defect is covered (up to 5 business days).
• Resolution: If approved, we will repair the part at no cost, replace it with a comparable item, or — if neither is feasible — issue a prorated refund based on the product's age.
